Gluten Free Carrot Cake

  1. 2 cup wortel parut
  2. 3/4 cup oil (me:coconut)
  3. 1 cup palm sugar
  4. 1 butir telur
  5. 1 1/2 cup tepung gluten free
  6. 1 sdt garam (me:himsalt)
  7. 1 sdt baking powder
  8. 1 sdt cinnamon powder
  1. Siapkan bahan basah: campur oil, palm sugar dan telur. Aduk rata hingga kental. Masukan wortel. Aduk rata lagi

  2. Siapkan bahan kering: campur tepung gf, baking powder, cinnamon bubuk, garam. Lalu diayak

  3. Masukan no.2 ke no.1

  4. Aduk rata. Masukan ke loyang. Panggang dengan suhu 160 derajat celcius selama 45-55 menit

  5. Voila! Siap dipotong dan disajikan
