  1. 3 bh ketela, potong dadu
  2. 1 bh gula jawa ukuran 2x5cm
  3. 1 bh pandan, simpulkan
  4. 4 sdm tepung tapioka, larutkan air
  1. Didihkan gula jawa, saring. Masukkan ketela dan daun pandan hingga matang. Tambahkan tepung tapioka yang sudah dilarutkan air. Koreksi rasa. Siap dihidangkan
