The ingredients needed to make My Basil Hummus:
  1. Make ready 1 can (400 g) Chickpeas *drained and rinsed
  2. Make ready 1 cloves Garlic
  3. Get Juice of 1 large Lemon
  4. Make ready 3 tablespoons Tahini
  5. Get Salt & Black Pepper
  6. Take 2-3 tablespoons Cold Water
  7. Make ready 1 handful Basil Leaves
  8. Take Ground Paprika
  9. Prepare Olive Oil
Instructions to make My Basil Hummus:
  1. Place Chickpeas and Garlic in the food processor, and blend. Then add Lemon Juice, Tahini, Salt & Pepper, and blend until smooth.
  2. Add Cold Water gradually until the paste turns soft as required. Finally add Basil Leaves and blend as you like.
